Even if the lead is already in your CRM and/or MAP system, a lead notification email will still be sent as if it is a new lead. In the cases your CRM and/or MAP does not notify sales teams of re-inquiries, the email notification serves as a friendly reminder that the lead's record has been updated with the Roobrik form data, reflecting their most recent interaction.
