What occurs if a chat session is only partially completed?

In the event that a user does not complete a chat session or is inactive for a period of time, chat includes safeguards to retain the information collected up to that point.

Our system checks every 20 minutes for any inactive sessions lasting more than 30 minutes. If any are found, the session will be automatically closed. If the user has provided all required information to be considered an opt-in, the lead notification and CRM integrations will be activated upon session closure.
