When a user provides their full name, email, and phone number, they become a Sales Opt-in for Roobrik Chat.
During each chat inquiry, users will encounter an opt-in question where they can choose to provide their name, phone number, and email. While there is an option to opt-out and continue chatting, sharing this information will consider them a Sales Opt-in. This action triggers lead notification emails, and information is sent to CRM and/or MAP systems if available.
In the event that a user does not complete a chat session or is inactive for a period of time, chat includes safeguards to retain the information collected up to that point.
