When Roobrik is integrated with the Yardi portal, what happens when a lead converts?
When does a lead get pushed into Yardi?
Roobrik will push all Sales Opt-ins into Yardi as soon as they submit a survey. This is the same time that we send the Lead Notification email.

What information gets pushed into Yardi?
- Contact info (name, email, and phone)
- The Primary Source will be Roobrik. If you prefer Roobrik to be listed as the secondary source instead of the primary source, we can certainly accommodate that! Just let us know, and we’ll make the change for you.
- The Initial Contact Type will reflect the preferences provided during the initial configuration.
- If the person is submitting on their own behalf (someone who selects "myself" for
"Who are you researching senior living options for today?" question) we will update contact information in the Prospect profile.
- If the individual is submitting information on behalf of another person, the contact details will be linked to the Primary Contact in the Prospect profile. In this case, the Prospect's name will be recorded using "None" for the first name, followed by the influencer's last name.
For example, if Joe Roobrik is taking a survey or chatting on behalf of their mom, "Joe Roobrik" would come through as the influencer and Primary Contact with the contact information (phone, email), and the Prospect would show "None Roobrik."
- There will be a Notes entry that has the Roobrik Report summary that will include the survey URL, survey outcome, and summary of responses to questions.
