When Roobrik Chat is integrated with my Yardi portal, what happens when a lead converts in a chat flow?
When does a lead get pushed into Yardi?
Roobrik will push all Sales Opt-ins into Yardi as soon as they complete the chat. This is the same time that we send the Lead Notification email.

What information gets pushed into Yardi?
- Contact info (name, email, and phone)
- The Primary Source will be Roobrik Chat.

If we know the answer to the question "who are you researching for," we will utilize any existing relationship mappings to assign the Relationship property if it's active. If there are no relationship mappings available, we will leave that property blank.
- The Initial Contact Type will reflect the setup instructions that were initially provided and will align with our survey configuration.
- There will be a Notes entry that has Roobrik Chat Inquiry Type, the Roobrik Chat URL, Contact Preference, and the Roobrik Chat Summary.
