When Roobrik is integrated with ALIS, what happens when a lead converts?
When does a lead get pushed into ALIS?
Roobrik will push all Sales Opt-ins into ALIS as soon as they complete the survey, at the same time we send a lead notification email.
For more information about how Roobrik defines a Sales Opt-in, check out this article.
What information gets pushed into ALIS?
A Roobrik opt-in will create a Prospect record in ALIS. If the survey is completed on behalf of another individual, a Main Contact will also be linked to the created prospect record.
In ALIS, a Prospect is the future resident and their Main Contact is a person that has a relationship with the Prospect.
Main Contact
Main Contacts are created with a relationship value based on your company's relationship types (i.e. Spouse, Friend, Relative, etc.) to indicate the relationship of the Main Contact to the Prospect.
Prospect
If the person takes the survey for themselves, a self-assessor, they will be pushed in as a Prospect. No Main Contact information will be recorded on the record.
The following information will be populated:
- First Name & Last Name will be populated on the Prospect record for self-assessors or on the Main Contact if the survey was completed for someone else.
- Email and Phone fields will be appear on both the Prospect and on the Main Contact.
- A value of "Roobrik" will be populated in the Source field.
- The Relationship is determined based on the contact's connection to the Prospect using the values available in your ALIS account. We strive for the closest match possible; however, if a specific relationship value is not available, we may use a more general designation such as "unknown" or "other," depending on the options provided in your account.
- There is a specific area on the record for Roobrik Information, found in the Notes section. This contains the custom fields where we populate Roobrik Survey information, including the outcome, report text, report URL, notes, and contact preference.
