How the Roobrik > Sherpa Integration Determines Relationship Values

The integration includes values that indicate the relationship between the prospective resident and the person completing the Roobrik survey.

Each Roobrik survey starts by asking who the survey is being taken for.

In Your Sherpa Account

Once the survey is completed, the new prospect will be placed in the On Deck section. If the survey was done by someone other than the prospect themselves, "Prospect" will precede the influencer's name.

For a non-self assessor, they will be shown as the Influencer and their relationship value will be displayed below their name. If it's a self-assessor, or a value that routes to "self," it will appear on the Prospect tab.

There are two types of records that can be pushed into Sherpa with each Roobrik survey opt-in: an Influencer and a Prospect. When someone submits the survey on behalf of another person, they are considered an lnfluencer and the person they submitted on behalf of is the Prospect. If a person takes the assessment for themselves, then they are the Prospect.
