After completing a Roobrik Survey, prospects are presented with a user-friendly Results Page where they receive a summarized care level score and tailored recommendations for potential care settings. This approach ensures sales teams receive leads without being constrained to a single care option, enabling flexibility and accuracy in addressing the prospect's needs.

Lead Notification Emails

Notifications of new leads are sent to sales teams via email, containing key details like contact information, the best time to reach out, recommended care level, and the community of interest. A prominent "View Report" button in the email grants access to the fully detailed "Care Fit Report" the prospect receives, rich with first-person narratives of their concerns, preferences, and lifestyle preferences.

CRM Integration

Additionally, for seamless integration into existing workflows, Roobrik connects with most major CRM systems. This direct link ensures that if the prospect is new, a record is created with a comprehensive report placed in the Notes field. For existing records, the information is updated, enriching the prospect's profile with the latest insights.
