To effectively manage your leads in ActiveDemand, you have the option to organize them using Contact Segments and/or Contact Lists to filter Roobrik MQLs and SQLs.
Using Contact Lists & Segments to Organize MQLs and SQLs
Each Roobrik integration form in your account includes a property called Roobrik Lead Status. When leads are pushed into your account, their form submissions will include either Sales Qualified Lead or Marketing Qualified Lead as the value for this property.
To add a filter to a new or existing Contact Lists or Segments:
Adding or Editing a Contact List or Contact Segment
- If you're creating a new Contact List or Segment, head over to the relevant section in your account. If you're making changes to an existing one, feel free to skip ahead to step 4.
- Select "New Audience" for a Contact List, or "New Segment" for a Contact Segment.
- Fill in the name and any other necessary information.
- To add a filter to an existing Contact List group or Contact Segment group, simply click on the plus sign (+) button.
- You can use the search terms "lead status" to filter your options.
- If you have multiple Roobrik forms, it is important to include all the Lead Status values that correspond to each form in your filter. For instance, if you have both Senior Living and Memory Care forms on your website, make sure to add the Lead Status values for both forms to your filter.*
- In the middle dropdown, select "Contains" instead of "Equals."
- In the last open text field, enter either "Marketing Qualified Lead" or "Sales Qualified Lead" based on your specific goals and objectives.
* Our ActiveDemand integration includes Lead Status values for all Roobrik surveys. Feel free to disregard any surveys that are not relevant to your needs.
