Duplicate Handling in HubSpot

Our integration with HubSpot utilizes HubSpot's functionality for managing duplicate records.

HubSpot automatically scans for any duplicates (also known as deduplication) among contacts based on the email address provided.

When a new contact is added through a Roobrik Form(s), HubSpot will automatically scan for any matching email addresses in the Email property. If a contact with the same email address already exists in your account, HubSpot will seamlessly merge the new contact information with the existing contact record.

If a contact is added through the Roobrik Form(s) and there is no matching email address in the Email property, a new contact will be automatically created.
