Duplicate and Re-inquiry Handling in ActiveDemand

Our integration with ActiveDemand utilizes ActiveDemand's functionality for managing duplicate records.

Duplicate Handling

ActiveDemand automatically scans for any duplicates among contacts based on the email address provided or Contact ID.

When a new contact is added through a Roobrik Survey, ActiveDemand appends the ID of the contact who's visiting the client's site to the roobrik links. If a contact already exists in your account with the the same ID or email,  the contact is updated with any information submitted in the Roobrik form.

If a contact is added, and does not find a matching email address or Contact ID, a new contact will be created. 

Re-inquiry Handling

If an existing lead in your ActiveDemand account re-submits a Roobrik survey, an email notification is sent to the sales counselor just like when a new lead submits. And, the lead's record will include a pinned Note in the Activities tab with the Roobrik report values. 

 
 

If you have integrated your CRM with ActiveDemand, you have the option to post the information to their CRM and notify the sales counselors. This can be configured in your account.
