[Yardi](https://learn.roobrik.com/en/learning-center/integrations?hsLang=en#yardi) # Access Roobrik leads in Yardi ## Learn how to find Roobrik leads within Yardi so you can view detailed data about Prospects and Influencers. #### Log in to your Yardi Account Access the login page for Yardi and enter your credentials. #### **Navigate to Contacts** Once the survey is completed, the new prospect will be placed in the **Contacts** section.  ![](https://learn.roobrik.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Feb-13-2025-03-29-29-8131-PM.png?width=186&height=263&name=image-png-Feb-13-2025-03-29-29-8131-PM.png) If the survey was done by someone other than the prospect themselves, First Name will be **None**, with (**Prospect)** appended to the influencer's last name. The relationship to the prospect will be displayed in parenthesis after the Primary Contact name. ![](https://learn.roobrik.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Sep-20-2024-03-09-48-2654-PM.png?width=469&height=126&name=image-png-Sep-20-2024-03-09-48-2654-PM.png) #### Select a specific Prospect to view Prospect and Influencer data Once you click the Prospect's name, you will be presented with a prospect profile: ![](https://learn.roobrik.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Feb-13-2025-03-25-10-3970-PM.png?width=688&height=331&name=image-png-Feb-13-2025-03-25-10-3970-PM.png) If the lead is a [self-assessor](https://learn.roobrik.com/en/help-center/what-is-the-difference-between-a-self-assessor-and-non-self-assessor?hsLang=en) (someone who selects "myself" at the beginning of the survey), we will update contact information information in the Prospect profile.  If the lead is a [non-self assessor](https://learn.roobrik.com/en/help-center/what-is-the-difference-between-a-self-assessor-and-non-self-assessor?hsLang=en), the contact details will be linked to the Primary Contact in the Prospect profile. In this case, the Prospect's name will be recorded using "None" for the first name, followed by the influencer's last name. For example, if Joe Roobrik is taking a survey or chatting on behalf of their mom, "Joe Roobrik" would come through as the influencer and Primary Contact with the contact information (phone, email), and the Prospect would show "None Roobrik."  ![](https://learn.roobrik.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Sep-20-2024-03-09-48-2654-PM.png?width=469&height=126&name=image-png-Sep-20-2024-03-09-48-2654-PM.png) The relationship of any **non-self assessor** will be indicated in parentheses next to the Primary Contact's name. #### View the Roobrik Report Whenever a lead is pushed into Yardi we include a **Notes Entry** appended to the Prospect with the **Roobrik Report** summary.
