When Roobrik is integrated with my ActiveDemand portal, what happens when a lead converts?

When does a lead get pushed into ActiveDemand?
As soon as the survey is completed, Roobrik will promptly push all Sales Qualified Leads and Marketing Qualified Leads into ActiveDemand. This will happen simultaneously with the sending of the Lead Notification email.

Where can I find my leads in ActiveDemand?
- Your leads will likely appear at the top of the Contacts list.
- Alternatively, if you can't find your leads at the top of the list of Contacts, you can search for them by name, email address or phone number.

What information gets pushed into ActiveDemand for SQLs?
- The contact's Details section displays the First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone Number.
- On the contact's Activities tab, we include a pinned Note with the full Roobrik Report summary. This contains the custom fields where we populate Roobrik survey information, including the question responses, the report URL and the outcome.
What information gets pushed into ActiveDemand for MQLs?
- The only available contact information for MQLs is an email.
